A2 KEY Course
Students who attend this course at the end of the school year will be able to take an elementary level qualification test that demonstrates the student's ability to communicate in simple situations.
It demonstrates that the student has effectively started learning the language.
After completing Cambridge English: A2 Key (KET), students will have the confidence to progress onto higher-level Cambridge courses and exams, such as Cambridge English: B1 Preliminary (PET) and Cambridge English: B2 First (FCE).

Objectives
- Understand simple written English
- Understand and use basic phrases and expressions
- Use the correct tense and sentence structure
- Introduce yourself and answer basic questions about yourself
- Interact with native speakers at a basic level
- Talk about familiar topics such as hobbies, vacations, and work
- Writing emails, letters and stories
Assessment
Due to the nature of this program, there is no fail or pass in the course. However, students will be able to learn the area in which they need to improve in order to achieve the desired score on the exam.
Mock tests are carried out throughout the course as formative assessments and there are two summative assessments during the preparation course, one mid-year and one at the end of the year.
